Use this page if you need help with Bark Quest or want to report a problem.

2. Reporting Wall of Fame, leaderboard or public result content

If you see a Wall of Fame post, leaderboard entry, photo, public result page or other Bark Quest content that you believe should be reviewed or removed, please use the form below.

Please include enough detail to help us find the content, such as:

- the dog name shown;
- the route or quest name;
- the public result page link, if available;
- a screenshot, if useful;
- why you believe the content should be reviewed or removed.

We may review, hide, correct or remove content where appropriate.


3. Reporting app problems

If something in the app is not working correctly, please include as much detail as possible.

Helpful details include:

- the device you are using;
- whether you are using the app from Google Play, a test version, or a web version;
- the page or feature where the problem happened;
- what you expected to happen;
- what actually happened;
- any error message shown;
- screenshots, if useful.


4. Safety concerns

Bark Quest involves outdoor activity.

If you notice a safety issue with a route, clue, QR code, location, park area, sponsor location or public space connected with Bark Quest, please report it using the form below.

If there is an immediate danger, emergency, injury, lost dog, public safety issue, veterinary emergency or urgent welfare concern, do not wait for Bark Quest support. Contact the appropriate emergency service, veterinary service, site staff, local authority or responsible organisation.
